Street Works Act

(Chapter 320A)

Street Works (Private Street Works) (Amendment) Regulations 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Street Works Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Street Works (Private Street Works) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2007.

Amendment of regulation 20

2. Regulation 20 of the Street Works (Private Street Works) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting paragraph (4).

Deletion of Third Schedule

3. The Third Schedule to the Street Works (Private Street Works) Regulations is deleted.
