Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Act

Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Registration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Physicians) (Amendment) Regulations 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 (4) of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Registration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Physicians) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 12th November 2004.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  Part I of the Second Schedule to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Registration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Physicians) Regulations (Rg 5) is deleted and the following Part substituted therefor:

List of Local Traditional Chinese Medicine Training Institutions

Qualification
1. Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine
 
(a) Graduate of the 6-year part-time diploma course in Traditional Chinese Medicine
 
 
(b) Graduate of the 3-year full-time diploma course in Traditional Chinese Medicine
 
 
(c) Graduate of the 5-year full-time graduate course in Traditional Chinese Medicine
2. Institute of Chinese Medical Studies
 
Graduate of the 6-year part-time
diploma course in Traditional Chinese medicine.
