(Chapter 176)
Medicines (Cosmetic Products) (Specification and Prohibition) (Revocation) Order 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 54 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Cosmetic Products) (Specification and Prohibition) (Revocation) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2008.
Revocation
2.  The Medicines (Cosmetic Products) (Specification and Prohibition) Order (O 16) is revoked.

Made this 13th day of December 2007.
