Smoking (Control of Advertisements and Sale of Tobacco) (Foreign Newspapers) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Smoking (Control of Advertisements and Sale of Tobacco) Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Smoking (Control of Advertisements and Sale of Tobacco) (Foreign Newspapers) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2000 and shall come into operation on 30th April 2000.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Smoking (Control of Advertisements and Sale of Tobacco) (Foreign Newspapers) (Consolidation) Notification (N 2, 2000 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 19, the following items:
