(Amendment No. 3) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(7) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 1 January 2018.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Paragraph 4 of the Schedule to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) Notification (N 2) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (4) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:
(4)  Where a harbour craft used as a bunker barge or tanker is not more than 5 years of age on 1 January 2018 and is double-hulled, a 50% rebate of the port dues payable under sub‑paragraph (2)(g) is to be given until the harbour craft is 5 years of age, if the owner, agent or master of the harbour craft complies with such conditions as the Authority may impose.”.
