(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36Y of the Legal Profession Act, we, the Rules Committee, make the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Legal Profession (Foreign Representation in Singapore International Commercial Court) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2015 and come into operation on 18 November 2015.
Amendment of rule 3
2.  Rule 3(2) of the Legal Profession (Foreign Representation in Singapore International Commercial Court) Rules 2014 (G.N. No. S 851/2014) is amended by deleting the words “section 130N” in sub-paragraphs (c)(ii) and (e)(ii) and substituting in each case the words “section 36E”.
Amendment of rule 13
3.  Rule 13 of the Legal Profession (Foreign Representation in Singapore International Commercial Court) Rules 2014 is amended by deleting the words “sections 36P, 130I and 130K” in paragraphs (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “sections 36B, 36C, 36D and 36P”.
