Customs (Prohibition of Imports) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2007.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Notification (N 1) is amended by deleting sub-paragraphs (c), (d) and (e).
