(Chapter 70)

Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2008.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Customs (Duties) Order (O 4) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “$1.70 per litre” in column (5) against H.S. Code 2203.00.10 and substituting the words “$16 per litre of alcohol”;
(b)	by deleting the words “$3.70 per litre” in column (7) against H.S. Code 2203.00.10 and substituting the words “$48 per litre of alcohol”;
(c)	by deleting the words “$0.80 per litre” in column (5) against H.S. Code 2203.00.90 and substituting the words “$16 per litre of alcohol”; and
(d)	by deleting the words “$2.70 per litre” in column (7) against H.S. Code 2203.00.90 and substituting the words “$48 per litre of alcohol”. [G.N. Nos.
