International Child Abduction
(Contracting States) (Amendment)
Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the International Child Abduction Act, Mr Chan Chun Sing, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Social and Family Development, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the International Child Abduction (Contracting States) (Amendment) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2013.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the International Child Abduction (Contracting States) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 211/2011) is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of item 24, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:

1st February 2013.”.
