Factories (Applications for Registration of Factories) (Modification) (Revocation) Rules 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(3) of the Factories Act, the Chief Inspector of Factories hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Factories (Applications for Registration of Factories) (Modification) (Revocation) Rules 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2000.

Revocation

2. The Factories (Applications for Registration of Factories) (Modification) Rules (R 1) are revoked.
