(Approved Banks) (No. 3) (Amendment)
Order 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(16) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 3) (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 11th November 2011.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 3) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 275/2010) is amended by deleting the words “DnB NOR Bank ASA” and substituting the words “DNB Bank ASA Singapore Branch”.
Made this 23rd day of December 2011.
