Radiation Protection (Amendment) Act 2014
(Commencement) Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Radiation Protection (Amendment) Act 2014, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Radiation Protection (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) Notification 2014.
2.  The Radiation Protection (Amendment) Act 2014 shall, with the exception of sections 3(2) and 9(2) to (5), come into operation on 21 October 2014.
