(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Extradition (Amendment) Act 2022, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Extradition (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2022.
2.  Section 20(2) of the Extradition (Amendment) Act 2022 comes into operation on 1 September 2022 at 12.01 a.m.
