(Taxi Service Operator Licence)
(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111J of the Road Traffic Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Taxi Service Operator Licence) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2016 and come into operation on 30 December 2016.

Amendment of rule 3

2. Rule 3(1) of the Road Traffic (Taxi Service Operator Licence) Rules (R 41) is amended by deleting “$200” and substituting “$500”.

Amendment of rule 5

3. Rule 5(2) of the Road Traffic (Taxi Service Operator Licence) Rules is amended by deleting “0.1%” and substituting “0.2%”.
