(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Lease Agreements for Retail Premises Act 2023, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Lease Agreements for Retail Premises Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  The Lease Agreements for Retail Premises Act 2023 comes into operation on 1 February 2024.
