(Commencement) Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Child Development Co-Savings (Amendment No. 2) Act 2016, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Child Development Co-Savings (Amendment No. 2) Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2016.

2. The Child Development Co‑Savings (Amendment No. 2) Act 2016, except sections 2(2), 4(2), 5(2), 6(2), 11(2), 12(2), 14, 17(2), 18(2) and 19, comes into operation on 1 January 2017.
