Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2009, the Senior Minister, Prime Minister’s Office hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2010.
2.  Sections 2(a), (g), (h), (i), (k) and (s), 15 to 41, 46, 47, 48, 58, 98(a) and (b), 109, 110, 112, 113(a), 118(f) and 120 of the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2009 shall come into operation on 26th November 2010.
