(Levy) (Amendment)
Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act 1990, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Levy) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 1 September 2022.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. In the Fourth Schedule to the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Levy) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 371/2011), in item 1, in the fourth column, replace “$330” with “$450”.
