Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(6) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2004.
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment Authorisation) Notification (N 3, 2004 Ed.) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
“THE SCHEDULE
Paragraph 4(1)
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN”.
