Road Traffic (International Circulation) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (International Circulation) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2004 and shall come into operation on 6th December 2004.

Amendment of rule 20E

2. Rule 20E of the Road Traffic (International Circulation) Rules (R 7) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$30” in paragraph (1)(b) and substituting “$20”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “1900 hours” in the definition of “part of a day” in paragraph (2) and substituting the words “1200 hours”. [G.N. Nos. S 421/2003; S673/2004]
