| 1. This Notification is the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2019. |
| 2. Sections 2, 3, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2019 come into operation on 1 November 2019. |
