Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 5) Rules 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 5) Rules 2004 and shall come into operation on 6th December 2004.

Amendment of rule 12

2. Rule 12 of the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules (R 38) is amended by deleting “$10” and substituting “$5”.
