(Amendment No. 7) Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Business Events — Control Order) (Amendment No. 7) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 27 September 2021.

Amendment of regulation 4

2. Regulation 4(1A) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Business Events — Control Order) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 278/2021) is amended by deleting the words “5 or fewer” and substituting “2”.
