(Revocation) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 337(1) of the Securities and Futures Act 2001, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Offers of Investments) (Exemption for AIA Agency Share Purchase Plan) (Revocation) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 7 November 2023.

Revocation

2. Revoke the Securities and Futures (Offers of Investments) (Exemption for AIA Agency Share Purchase Plan) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 602/2012).
