(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Rules 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 135(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Road Traffic (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 1 November 2019.
Amendment of rule 2
2.  Rule 2 of the Road Traffic (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 29) is amended by deleting “65,” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “65(4) and (5),”.
