Rapid Transit Systems
(Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Rapid Transit Systems Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 31 January 2020.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:
 
“6.Thomson‑East Coast Rapid Transit System
(a)31 January 2020 to 30 January 2021
$3,365,000
 
 
(b)31 January 2021 to 30 January 2022
$3,741,000
 
 
(c)31 January 2022 to 30 January 2023
$3,888,000”.
