In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Amendment) Act 2019, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Supreme Court of Judicature (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2024.

2. Section 29(5) of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Amendment) Act 2019 comes into operation on 15 October 2024 at 12.01 a.m.
