Charities (Exempt Charities)
(Amendment) Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the Schedule to the Charities Act, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Charities (Exempt Charities) (Amendment) Order 2019 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2019.

Amendment of Part I of Schedule

2. Part I of the Schedule to the Charities (Exempt Charities) Order (O 2) is amended by deleting the word “Convent” in item (3) and substituting the word “Catholic”.
