(a)

in rule 2 ––

(i)	for “Fourth Schedule” in rule 39 (1)(c)(ii), (16) and (18) (definition of “specified company”) read “Fifth Schedule”;
(ii)	for “Fifth Schedule” in rule 39 (7)(b) and (12)(b) read “Sixth Schedule”; and
(iii)	for “Fourth and Fifth Schedules” in rule 39 (18) read “Fifth and Sixth Schedules”; and

(b)

in rule 3 ––

(i)	for “Fourth and Fifth Schedules” in the rule heading read “Fifth and Sixth Schedules”;
(ii)	for “Third Schedule” read “Fourth Schedule”;
(iii)	for “FOURTH SCHEDULE” wherever they appear in the Schedule heading read “FIFTH SCHEDULE”; and
