Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 8)
Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 8) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2013.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2013 (G.N. No. S 336/2013) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item (38) in the second column of item 1, the following item:

“(39) Silver Circle (Serangoon Central)”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item (3) in the second column of item 34, the following item:

“(4) St. Andrew’s Nursing Home”.
