Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft) (Amendment) Regulations 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2010.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2(1) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by deleting the definition of “pleasure craft” and substituting the following definition:
“ “pleasure craft” has the same meaning as in the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Pleasure Craft) Regulations (Rg 6);”.
