Fees (Personalised Employment Pass) Order 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Personalised Employment Pass) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2007.

Definitions

2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —

“Controller” has the same meaning as in the Immigration Act (Cap. 133) and the Immigration Regulations (Cap. 133, Rg 1);

“personalised employment pass” means any pass issued by the Controller under regulation 9A of the Immigration Regulations.

Fee

3. The fee payable to the Controller for an application for a personalised employment pass shall be $10.
