Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2007.
2.  Sections 5 (1)(d) and (2), 6 (a), (b), (d) and (f), 7(2), 8(c) and (d), 12 and 25(b) of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 1st January 2008.
