(Commencement) (No. 4)
Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Family Justice Reform Act 2023, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Family Justice Reform Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 4) Notification 2024.
2.  Sections 2(d) and 3 of the Family Justice Reform Act 2023 come into operation on 14 October 2024.
3.  Sections 4, 6(a) to (d), 7, 8, 10(a), (b) and (c) and 43 of the Family Justice Reform Act 2023 come into operation on 15 October 2024.
4.  Section 36 of the Family Justice Reform Act 2023 comes into operation on 15 October 2024 at 12.01 a.m.
