Health Products
(Import and Wholesale of Health Products) (Exemption) (Revocation) Order 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Health Products Act, the Health Sciences Authority hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Health Products (Import and Wholesale of Health Products) (Exemption) (Revocation) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 6th December 2013.
Revocation
2.  The Health Products (Import and Wholesale of Health Products) (Exemption) Order 2013 (G.N. No. S 366/2013) is revoked.
Made this 5th day of December 2013.
