(Amendment of Second Schedule)
(No. 2) Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 177 of the Evidence Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Evidence Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 1 December 2019.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Evidence Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 6A, the following item:

“6B.	Home Team Science and Technology Agency

Home Team Science and Technology Agency Act 2019 (Act 21 of 2019).”.
