Protected Areas and Protected Places Act
(Chapter 256)
Protected Areas (No. 5) (Amendment) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 5) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Protected Areas (No. 5) Order 2009 (G.N. No. S 535/2009) is amended by deleting the words “Manager, Safety and Security Singapore Cruise Centre Pte Ltd” in the first column and substituting the words “President/CEO of Singapore Cruise Centre Pte Ltd”.
