(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2021, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2022.
2.  Sections 2 and 4 of the Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2021 come into operation on 1 October 2022.
