Planning (Development of Land Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(6) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Development of Land Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 6th December 2010.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2(1) of the Planning (Development of Land Authorisation) Notification (N 1) is amended —
(a)by inserting the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (m)(vi);
(b)by deleting the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (m)(vii); and
(c)by deleting sub-paragraph (m)(viii).
