(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Oaths, Declarations and Notarisations (Remote Methods) Act 2023, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Oaths, Declarations and Notarisations (Remote Methods) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  Sections 5, 11, 12, 13, 15, 18, 19 and 20 of the Oaths, Declarations and Notarisations (Remote Methods) Act 2023 come into operation on 1 December 2023.
