(Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(a) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act 2002, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act 2002 (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 30 September 2024.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act 2002, in the First Schedule, in paragraph 2 —

(a)

delete sub‑paragraphs (e), (f), (g), (m), (n), (x), (y), (z), (za), (zb), (zf), (zg), (zi), (zj), (zk), (zl), (zm) and (zq); and

(b)

replace sub-paragraphs (zs) and (zt) with —

“(zs)	Radjev Lal s/o Madan Lal (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 4 August 1992);
(zt)	Mohamed Khairul Riduan bin Mohamed Sarip (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 12 November 1984);
(zu)	Muhammad Irfan Danyal Bin Mohamad Nor (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 19 September 2004).”.
