| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Stamp Duties (Amendment No. 2) Act (Commencement) Notification 2010. |
| 2. Sections 2, 7, 8 and 9 of the Stamp Duties (Amendment No. 2) Act 2010 shall come into operation on 9th December 2010. |
