(Registrable Aerosol‑generating Systems)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111 of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Environmental Public Health (Registrable Aerosol‑generating Systems) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 October 2024.
Amendment of regulation 7
2.  In the Environmental Public Health (Registrable Aerosol‑generating Systems) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 646/2021), in regulation 7(1), replace sub‑paragraph (b) with —
(b)if the Second Schedule requires the results of the test undertaken under sub‑paragraph (a) for any parameter to be submitted to the Director‑General — submit a copy of the results in the manner and within the time required by the Director‑General.”.

3.  In the Environmental Public Health (Registrable Aerosol‑generating Systems) Regulations 2021, replace the Second Schedule with —
