Registration of Criminals Act
(Amendment of First Schedule)
(No. 2) Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Registration of Criminals Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Registration of Criminals Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 13 November 2019.

Amendment of Part II of First Schedule

2. Part II of the First Schedule to the Registration of Criminals Act is amended by deleting the item relating to “Road Traffic Act” and substituting the following item:

“Road Traffic Act

Sections 64(2) and (2A), 65(2) and (3) and 96(1).

Section 66(1) (as in force immediately before 1 November 2019).

Cap. 276”.
