(Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the United Nations Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the United Nations (Sanctions — Democratic Republic of the Congo) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 7 September 2020.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the United Nations (Sanctions — Democratic Republic of the Congo) Regulations 2006 (G.N. No. S 157/2006) is amended by deleting “2478 (2019)” and substituting “2528 (2020)”.
