(Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the United Nations Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the United Nations (Sanctions — South Sudan) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 7 September 2020.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the United Nations (Sanctions — South Sudan) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 395/2019) is amended by deleting the words “2271 (2016), 2280 (2016), 2290 (2016), 2304 (2016), 2327 (2016), 2353 (2017), 2418 (2018), 2428 (2018) and 2471 (2019)” and substituting the words “2290 (2016), 2428 (2018) and 2521 (2020)”.
