In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2) of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (Assignment of Functions) (No. 3) Notification 2020 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 September 2020.

Additional function

2. The Minister for Finance assigns to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore the function of administering the Jobs Growth Incentive introduced in the Ministerial Statement on Continued Support for Workers and Jobs dated 17 August 2020.
