(Regulated Fire Safety Products)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 113 of the Fire Safety Act 1993, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Fire Safety (Regulated Fire Safety Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 24 November 2023.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Fire Safety (Regulated Fire Safety Products) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 775/2020), in the First Schedule, replace item 38 with —

“38.	A solar photo-voltaic (PV) module that is building-mounted or building-integrated”.
