(Temporary Buildings in Construction Sites)
(Amendment) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 103 of the Fire Safety Act 1993, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Fire Safety (Exemption) (Temporary Buildings in Construction Sites) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 24 November 2023.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. In the Fire Safety (Exemption) (Temporary Buildings in Construction Sites) Order (O 2), in paragraph 3(a), after “store,”, insert “containerised energy storage system,”.
