(Exemption) (No. 72)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 72) Notification 2015.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “NYD Paiza Lucky Draw” promotion to be held from 15 December 2015 to 1 January 2016 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draw to be held as part of that promotion at the Casino Atrium 2 of Marina Bay Sands at 1.30 a.m. on 1 January 2016.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
